Opulence Spa was established on the 1st of May 2015 by five board members with the dream of infusing therapeutic spa treatments and relaxation in the familiar surrounding of your home .The board of trustees had been searching for months on how to improve the livelihoods of the people of Bulawayo at an affordable price. The “aha” moment was the discovery of a will from some of the founder s late father which mentioned the vision of building a state of the art holistic spa …the first of its kind in Bulawayo, the second largest city, located west of Zimbabwe. The will spoke of not only offering therapeutic treatments but empowering young people with hand skills in a trade that was fairly new.
With this revelation in mind the board sat down and discussed different angles on bringing this vision to life. And so Opulence Spa was born. An infusion of the old and the new. Opulence Spa saw the birth of a new concept based on old ideas… spa treatments in the comfort of your home. Opulence Spa became Opulence mobile spa operating on strictly home calls. Once the concept was sold we expanded and got a spa base , to give clients an option to come relax by our spa and take a breathe away from the chaos of life in a stress-free zone or to be treated like royalty in the familiar surrounding of their home with no worries of driving home after their treatment and quickly get back to usual routine afterwards.
